MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari 2025

24 marzo 2025 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che la seduta del Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2024 prevista per il giorno 28 marzo 2025 sarà posticipata al 31 marzo 2025 per motivi di organizzazione interna.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

PRESS RELEASE MONDO TV: Update on 2025 Corporate Events Calendar

March 24, 2025 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, originally scheduled for March 28, 2025, will be postponed to March 31, 2025, due to internal organizational reasons.

Any further changes to the Corporate Events Calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
