PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 30, 2025

Colleferro (Rome), March 24th, 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that (i) the notice of call of the ordinary Shareholders' meeting for April 30, 2025 and (ii) the report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting convened for April 30, 2025, prepared pursuant to art. 125-ter D.Lgs 58/1998 ("CFA") and art. 84-ter of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999, are available to the public at the registered office at via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2025") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). Proxy forms to the designated representative pursuant art. 135 undecies and novies of CFA are also available to the public on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2025").

Additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public, in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.
