Hard copy documents are today being posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them and are also available from the Company Secretary at the Company's registered office at Dublin Road, Kingscourt, County Cavan.
Copies of the above documents will be submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange (trading as Euronext Dublin) and the UK National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection.
