We would like to notify the market of the following change to the capital of the Company as at 31 May 2021:
The Company’s issued share capital consists of 183,556,358 ordinary shares. The Company holds 2,030,553 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 181,535,805.
The above figure 181,535,805 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingspan Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
