Update in Director Roles and Responsibilities in FBD Holdings plc

Effective from 9 December 2022, the composition of FBD Holdings plc Board Committees will be as follows:

Risk Committee - Mary Brennan (Chair), Richard Pike, Sylvia Cronin, and Liam Herlihy

Audit Committee – Jean Sharp (Chair), Mary Brennan, and John O’Dwyer

Remuneration Committee – David O’Connor (Chair), Liam Herlihy, Sylvia Cronin, and John O’Dwyer

Nomination and Governance Committee – Liam Herlihy (Chair), David O’Connor, Sylvia Cronin, and Jean Sharp

The announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.64 of Euronext Dublin’s Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules.
