FBD Holdings plc announces Group Chief Financial Officer’s intention to retire

FBD Holdings plc announces that Mr John O’Grady has informed the Board of his intention to retire as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc at the end of 2023.

A process to appoint his successor has commenced.

The announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.64 of Euronext Dublin’s Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules
