RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 9th March 2023, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 1,860 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share.
CRH plc also announces that yesterday, 9th March 2023, it transferred to the Trustees of the CRH plc Employee Benefit Trust 3,032,052 Ordinary Shares at a price of €48.735 per Ordinary Share for the purpose of satisfying vested awards made under the CRH 2014 Performance Share Plan.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 7,202,390 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 744,937,948.
