RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that on Friday, 31st March 2023 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,950 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.19 and €24.24, and £20.11 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 9,646,001 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 742,494,337.
