RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today, 3rd January 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,780 Ordinary Shares at a price of €23.39, and at prices between £25.55 and £31.04, per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,202,710 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 693,221,388.
