Bank of Ireland Group plc and the Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland ("Bank of Ireland")
Bank of Ireland announces that, following receipt of the requisite advanced approvals, Patrick Kennedy, Governor/Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee of Bank of Ireland, will join the Board of Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 March 2024.
