NOTICE

to the holders of the €650,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Callable Notes due 25 November 2025 (ISIN: XS2082969655 / Common Code: 208296965) (the Notes) issued under the €25,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer to the Noteholders that, having obtained the necessary regulatory approvals, the Issuer will redeem the Notes in full on their Optional Redemption Date (which date for the purposes of this Notice is 25 November 2024) pursuant to Condition 6(c) (Redemption at the Option of the Issuer (Issuer Call)) of the Notes.

As specified in the terms and conditions of the Notes, the Notes will be redeemed at their Optional Redemption Amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest to (but excluding) the Optional Redemption Date of 25 November 2024.

Following redemption of the Notes, (i) the Notes will be cancelled and no further interest payments will be made and (ii) request will be made to the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin for the listing of the Notes on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and the admission to trading on the regulated market to be cancelled.

Unless otherwise defined in this Notice, terms used in this Notice have the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes.
