Brockhaus Technologies AG: Publication date for annual and consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2024 postponed
Frankfurt am Main, March 21, 2025
The Management Board of Brockhaus Technologies AG (“Brockhaus Technologies” or the “Company,” ISIN: DE000A2GSU42) has decided to postpone the publication of the consolidated financial statements and the annual financial statements for fiscal year 2024, originally scheduled for March 28, 2025. The Company’s auditor, KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, has informed the Company that due to significant outstanding audit evidence and, in particular, an ongoing investigation into a specific business transaction at a foreign subsidiary of IHSE (Security Technologies segment), not all audit procedures can be completed within the previously planned timeline. The business transaction in question has no impact on the preliminary figures of Brockhaus Technologies published on March 7, 2025.
The Company is working diligently to clarify the matter in coordination with the auditor as soon as possible.
