Event to report – Moody has revised the outlook from 'stable' to 'negative'

National Power Transmission Company Transelectrica informs the shareholders and the interested parties that International Rating Agency Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has revised the credit rating of the Company from 'stable' to 'negative'. This change is the direct consequence of Moody's change of sovereign rating outlook of Romania, announced on March 14, 2025.

The long-term credit rating of Transelectrica was maintained at Baa3 and the based credit assessment (BCA) was confirmed at ba1.
