UNIDATA: CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE DIVIDEND FOLLOWING THE RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Roma, 20 March2025 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI),operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., specifies that, with reference to the press release published on today's date regarding the Board of Directors for the approval of the annual results, the dividend (equal to € 0.01) will be paid, if the next Shareholders' Meeting of the Company to be called approves its distribution, starting from 21 May 2025, with the coupon detachment on 19 May 2025. The date of legitimacy for payment (record date) is set for 20 May 2025.
The transactions may be carried out through authorised intermediaries.
