FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024

The Directors of Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 11.50 pence per share for the year ended 31 December 2024.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2025, the dividend will be paid on 9 May 2025.
