Nexteq PLC (the "Company") announces that on 13 March 2025 it purchased 139,508 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68.5 pence each, to be held in treasury.

Further to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital stands at 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares, with 6,653,906 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 59,885,154.

The above voting rights figure of 59,885,154 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The share buyback programme has now completed. The Company has repurchased a total 6,653,906 of Ordinary Shares, representing 10% of the total voting rights at the time of announcing the buyback programme.
