Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 March 2025 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 19 February 2025:

The purchased shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 203,426,835 ordinary shares of which a total of 2,061,577 shares are held in treasury, including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 201,365,258 ordinary shares.
The above figure of 201,365,258 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
