The Company announces that it was notified on 11 March 2025 that Non-Executive Director, Ms Kath Durrant, had on 11 March 2025 purchased 92,518 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Ms Durrant had a beneficial interest in SIG of 100,774 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Ms Durrant's beneficial interest is now 193,292 ordinary shares in SIG.
