Energeia AS – Disclosure of major shareholding

Oslo, 20 March 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the "Company") published earlier today regarding allocation of 100,000,000 new offer shares (the "Offer Shares") in the subsequent repair offering in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

Following allocation of the Offer Shares and registration of the share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the latter expected to take place on or about 28 March 2025, Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB's total holding of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company is reduced from approximately 51.5% to 48.9%.

This information is disclosed by the Company in accordance with the requirements in section 4.3.1 of the Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book Part I.
