Resignation of Named Portfolio Manager

The Board has been informed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management that Mr Isaac Thong, a named portfolio manager of the Company's assets since 2020, has resigned from J.P. Morgan Asset Management with immediate effect.

Mr Omar Negyal, who has managed the portfolio since 2012 and became the lead portfolio manager in 2014, will continue to manage the assets of the Company.  The Board would like to thank Isaac for his contribution to the management of the Company's assets over the last five years, and wishes him the very best with his future endeavours.
