Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL), the leading supplier of composite material kits to aerospace, has been notified that Annette Rothwell, non-executive director, transferred 73,285 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from her own name into her personal ISA. Annette Rothwell's combined beneficial holding remains unchanged at 78,547 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.15 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
