Notification of transactions by a PDMR
The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares ("Shares") by a PDMR.
On 3 March 2025, Shares awarded at nil cost under the Company's Bonus Share Plan ("BSP"), Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and Non-Cyclical Share Awards Plan ("NCA") vested to Themba Mkhwanazi. Shares were released and sold to cover withholding taxes as noted below on 3 and 4 March at £24.01 per share or JSE: ZAR 561.689 per share, respectively.
The awards granted under the BSP and LTIP have vested on the same terms as those made to PDMRs announced by the Company on 26 February 2025. The award granted under the NCA was made to Mr. Mkhwanazi following his appointment to Anglo American's executive leadership team in 2020.
