PDMR, purchased 2,262 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at an average price of US$8.87 per share on February 28, 2025.
The Company further announces that it also received notification on March 4, 2025 that Nisha Jairath, a person closely associated with Vishal Kalia, purchased a total of `1,261 Shares at an average price of £7.01 per share on February 28, 2025.
