Transparency Declaration

Brussels, March 20, 2025 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On March 20, 2025, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from UBS Group AG stating that, as of March 17, 2025, UBS Group AG, holds 3 046 574 shares and 18 equivalent financial instruments for a total of 3 046 592 voting rights, representing 4.52% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The disclosure obligation is due to the total holdings of UBS Group AG in voting rights (section 10 A), held directly by controlled undertakings, going above 3%.

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
