I n accordance with the section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs) the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as on 28 February 2025 consists of 168,327,143 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 168,327,143.

Shareholders may use the figure of 168,327,143 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will det ermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the DTRs.
