INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces the following changes to interests of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') in the Ordinary Shares of $0.50 each in the Company ('Shares').

In accordance with the Rules of the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), conditional awards held by the PDMRs named below, which were granted on March 1, 2022, vested on March 3, 2025.  The vesting of these awards was settled on a net settled basis, resulting in the delivery of shares in the amounts set out below:
