Transaction in Own Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 28 February 2025, it purchased 43,217 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 388.75 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury. This represents approximately 0.405 per cent of the Company's current issued Shares.

In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 145,717 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase VNH has 23,644,422 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 95,717 which are held as Treasury Shares.
