Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024

Further to the announcement earlier today of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2024, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 53.8p per ordinary share will be paid on 2 July 2025 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 23 May 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 22 May 2025.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00p.m. (UK time) on 11 June 2025.
