Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

London, 3 March 2025  - Serica Energy plc (the "Company") (AIM: SQZ) announces that, in order to satisfy LTIP Awards, 500,000 Ordinary Shares that were held in Treasury were transferred to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust on 21 February 2025.

Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

As required under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company provides the following information relating to voting rights as at 28 February 2025:

This above figure of 391,026,423 is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
