RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 28th February 2025, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 9,591 Ordinary Shares at a price of €24.24 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 40,685,264 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 676,294,237.
