NOTICE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company announce that an interim dividend of 33.00 pence per share will be paid on the Company's ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each (ISIN GB00BP0RGD03) ('Shares') on 28 March 2025 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 7 March 2025. The ex-dividend date is 6 March 2025.

Under the 2011 shareholder returns programme, the scheduled return for the twelve months to 30 September 2025 is currently £283,528,736 ('Qualifying Return'). The table below sets out the status of the Qualifying Return following today's interim dividend announcement:

To the extent the remaining Qualifying Return is not delivered by share buy-backs, the balance will be returned in September 2025 as a dividend. The Qualifying Return will be increased appropriately if any new shares are issued either from treasury or as newly listed shares.
