Appointment of Auditor

RC365 Holding Plc ("RC365"), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, refers to the announcement made at 7.00 a.m. on 20 December 2024 and is pleased to announce the appointment of Johnsons Financial Management Limited as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, Johnsons Financial Management Limited re-appointment will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.

The previous auditor LB Group Limited, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
