Retirement of Director

As previously disclosed in the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2024 for Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company"), Robert Talbut did not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting held today and retired as a Director of the Company, in accordance with the Board's succession planning arrangements.

Robert has served on the Board for nine years, of which, four years were as the Chair. Robert's diligence and dedication to the Company's success have been greatly valued, and the Board wishes him well. Robert will be succeeded as Chair by Harry Morley.
