Alphawave IP Group plc ("Alphawave" or "the Company")

Block Listing Application

At a General Meeting of the Company held on 23 September 2024, shareholders approved an amendment to the limits on the number of new shares which can be issued under the Company's employees' share schemes. Pursuant to this authority, the Company has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

The new Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to become effective on 24 February 2025.
