AGM Statement

Donegal Investment Group Plc held its AGM today.

Each of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were approved by shareholders. The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which was available on the Company's website.

The Chairman Mr. Vance thanked the Group's employees for their work over the course of the year which resulted in a satisfactory trading performance for the year.

Director Mr. Ian Ireland reported that the board are very pleased with the current seasons trading performance with expectations that it will be ahead of the prior year. Mr Ireland also spoke of the Group's commitment to continue investing in new varieties, developing markets, as well as its growing capabilities.
