Atria Plc Company Announcement 20 March 2025, at 1 pm Notification of disposal of own shares based on the incentive programme of Atria Plc A total of 24,283 Atria Plc's treasury shares are conveyed without compensation and according to the share-based incentive scheme regarding the earning periods 2022, 2023 ja 2024 to the Atria Group's key employees belonging to the target group. The directed share issue is based on an authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2024. The right to dividend and other shareholder rights shall commence on the day the shares are entered in the key person's book-entry account. After the share transfer, the company holds a total of 63,774 own shares.
