The Company announces that today it has issued a further 75,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 1,163.10 pence per share.  

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 180,315,000 Ordinary Shares and 101,318,910 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
