Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 4 February 2025 that, Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 30,099 Ordinary S hares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 262.56 pence per Ordinary Share, on 4 February 2025, Mrs Suzanne Staveley, his wife, also purchased 8,056 shares at the same price.

Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his connected persons, is interested in 407,160 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.07% of RKW's issued share capital.
