Nexteq PLC (the "Company") announces that on 3 February 2025 it purchased 23,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70.00 pence each, to be held in treasury.

Further to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital stands at 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares, with 6,202,398 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 60,336,662.

The above voting rights figure of 60,336,662 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
