Changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI, Title 2, art. 92 of the Bucharest Sock Exchange Code, Electrica announces changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar, as follows:
1) The Investor and analyst teleconference for FY 2024 consolidated financial results presentation will take place on 31 March 2025 (Monday), instead of 25 March 2025 (Tuesday)
2) The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on 29 April (Tuesday), instead of 25 April (Friday).
