Share Buy Back

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 31 January 2025, it purchased 410,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 50.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 9 March 2023 the Company has repurchased 16,615,948 Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 136,053,399 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 16,620,850 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
