Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Dublin, London, 31 January 2025: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') announces that on 31 January 2025 it transferred 264,739 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 19,240,474 to 18,975,735 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 106,344,640.
