Further re EBT Share Purchase Programme

Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces that it has instructed Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited, which administers the Gattaca Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), to conduct additional market purchases of the Company's existing ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares").

The Board has authorised the EBT to acquire up to an additional approximately 90,000 Shares in aggregate between February and July 2025, at a rate of approximately 15,000 Shares per month, in addition to the approximately 24,000 Shares per month over this period that they are already instructed to purchase, as announced on 30 October 2024.

The Company's requirement for on-market purchases is assessed on an annual basis, depending on the vesting schedule of existing unexercised options and anticipated new option grants, together with the balance of ordinary shares already held by the EBT.
