Extension of Exclusivity Period with Rosenblatt Law Limited

RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, today announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 10 January 2025, RBGH (together with subsidiaries RBG Legal Services Limited and RBL Law Limited) and Mr Rosenblatt (together with entities and individuals connected with him[1]) have agreed to a one-week extension of the exclusivity period.
