Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release of its full year results for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("FY24") on 15 January 2025, Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for FY24 ("Annual Report") to shareholders.

The Company also announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9:30am on 25 February 2025 at the Company's head office, 1 Sustainability Way, Farington Moss, Leyland, PR26 6TB.

Shareholder participation and engagement is important to Victorian Plumbing. The Company strongly encourages voting by proxy and sending any questions in advance to  ir@victorianplumbing.co.uk .
