Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Pennpetro (LSE: PPP) is pleased to announce that Robert Menzel has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of The Company with immediate effect.
Robert is the founding member and Chairman of Globalvision International Lda, an international commodity trading organisation with a focus on developing oil and gas investment projects.
His career experience includes setting up new business ventures; working in the finance operations of international oil conglomerates; having trained and practiced as a professional accountant for two of the big 4 professional services firms, Robert brings excellent skills to the Company.
Commenting, Chairman Stephen Lunn said ' having traversed the challenges facing the Company with Robert over the last few months , he will be a very positive addition to the Board with the broad experience he brings together with his industry knowledge and expertise'.
