The Board of Ricardo plc today announces that Malin Persson (Malin) will be retiring as a Non-Executive Director at the end of January 2025 following 9 years of service. Malin also served as Senior Independent Director and Responsible Business Committee Chair. As part of the Company's succession planning, the Board has nominated and appointed Russell King as Senior Independent Director and Sian Lloyd Rees as Responsible Business Committee Chair effective 1 st February 2025.
