IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS").

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 7,169,328 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 354,388,540 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 25 September 2024, IG Group has purchased 7,169,328 shares at a cost of £66,360,529 (excluding fees and taxes).
