JUST GROUP PLC NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group") , today announces that Kalpana Shah has informed the Group Board of her intention to resign as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from close of business on 1 March 2025, in order to focus on her other commitments.

Kalpana Shah is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group and regulated Life Companies, Just Retirement Limited ("JRL") and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited ("PLACL"), Chair of the Group Risk and Compliance Committee ("GRCC"), and member of the Group, JRL and PLACL Audit Committees. An announcement of Kalpana's successor will be made in due course.

Kalpana Shah commented:

"It has been a privilege to serve as a member of the Board at Just over the past four years. I am proud of the steps the Group has taken to strengthen its governance framework and advance its approach to risk. The Group has made significant progress, and I wish it every success in the years ahead."
