Pursuant to an internal restructuring, the immediate holding company of GuoLine (Singapore) Pte Ltd has been changed from GuoLine Capital Assets Limited to GSL Holdings Limited on 14 January 2025. GSL Holdings Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GuoLine Capital Assets Limited.

The total issued share capital of The Rank Group Plc held by the Controlling Shareholder group remains unchanged at 60.25%.
